RailOne is a comprehensive mobile application designed to serve as a one-stop digital platform for passengers’ railway-related needs.
It integrates multiple services into one app, eliminating the need to use multiple apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTSonMobile, NTES, Rail
Madad, and Food on Track.

Ticket Booking
- Reserved and unreserved ticket booking supported
- Integrated “Plan My Journey” tool with class and quota filters

- Full booking history across ticket types
- Filter by time and journey type
Live Train Status & PNR Tracking
- Real-time train location, delays, platform numbers
- Live PNR updates
Coach Position Finder
- Shows coach position to help passengers locate their coach on the platform
In-Train Food Ordering
- Order meals from IRCTC’s partner vendors directly from the app
Rail Madad Integration
- Lodge complaints and feedback
- Track redressal status
Refunds
- Initiate and monitor refunds for canceled or missed trains
Multilingual Interface
- Available in several Indian languages for regional accessibility
Single Sign-On
- Use existing IRCTC or UTS credentials for easy login
Secure Payments via R-Wallet
- Integrated with Indian Railways’ digital wallet
- Supports biometric and mPIN-based authentication

RailOne is authorised by IRCTC but does not replace it for ticket booking—reserved tickets will still be routed through IRCTC systems.
